Rule 12

Repeal and Repeal

(1) The Nepal Statistical Service (Constitution, Classification of Groups and Grades, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2046 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been done in accordance with these rules.
